some fixes for the localplay, you can now install the MPD controller, and add instances, just not actually play to it... realized I need to think on how to do that a little...

added an ugly localplay view page, and made it so you can remove songs from your mpd playlist... its ugly.. I know.. ooh yea you can also deactivate modules now

This update includes a full rewrite of the Localplay code, only update
...
to this version if you don't care about losing a lot of functionality
while I am still finishing it up. Also the only working localplay
method is currently MPD. UPDATE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
