Improve player (#823)
* Improve error handling
* Harmonize `Seek`: Make the decoders and player use the same math for converting between samples and milliseconds
* Reduce duplicate calls: Make decoder seek in PCM, not ms
* Simplify decoder errors with `thiserror`
